Companies with a live stream of requests
When orders, inquiries, and statuses no longer fit in the correspondence.
Product and engineering
A site, an app, a sync with the records system, or an internal workspace — we take it to the point where the team actually uses it.
First we find where time is lost. Then we build only the piece that removes that loss, and leave a clear way to extend it.

What changes
Requests stop living in chats and spreadsheets
The same fact is not entered into three systems
The team sees the status of the work without a manual summary
A new service can be released without breaking the old one
Repeated decisions are taken by the model or by a scenario
Load grows without a person on duty at the server
Services
We take a single product, or we join several systems into one working system.
How it is arranged
Qazoryx Group stays in touch after handover, not only until the demo.
We ship what the process cannot move without. The rest goes into the queue, not into the first release.
We show a working piece, not a report on the percent complete.
After launch the team has access, a diagram, and a person to go to when something breaks.
Access, logs, and backups are in place before clients see the product.
Sequence
01
We look at where time is lost, which systems are already in place, and what cannot be stopped.
02
We fix the first scope, what stays for later, the time, and the order of payment.
03
Short stretches, with a showing. Edits go into the next cycle. They do not pile up until the end.
04
Launch, a short handover to the team, and ongoing support until the product settles.
For whom
The format depends on how many people are already inside the process, and on what cannot be stopped.
01
When orders, inquiries, and statuses no longer fit in the correspondence.
02
A narrow first release is needed, one that can be shown to clients and then extended.
03
Shifts, warehouses, site visits, and reports should agree without being rebuilt by hand.
04
Materials, progress, and staff access sit in one place, not in mailings.
05
Campaigns, leads, and client reports are assembled without a nightly export.
06
Catalog, payment, stock, and delivery are linked to what the warehouse already uses.
Launches
These systems already carry the daily work. Two larger projects are still being built.
In progress
A distributor with several warehouses
Managers copied requests from email into the records system. By morning, stock no longer matched what had been promised to the client.
Launch
A reception network, with administrators at the sites
Bookings lived in the administrator’s messenger. A substitute on the shift lost track of who had confirmed the visit.
In progress
A service with crews out on sites
The work order arrived as a file. Photos from the site settled in personal phones. The acceptance note was put together in the office in the evening.
Platform
We do not assemble a set “just in case.” Server, data, and payment are connected when the process would otherwise still run by hand.
A server, a database, and a queue sized to the task. We do not stand up our own machine farm if a platform is enough.
Content, search, sign-in, and logs go where they remove manual work, not alongside “for completeness.”
Payment, the pipeline, and email are connected when the request would otherwise still be copied out of the inbox by hand.
Questions
A short note on the format, the timing, and what happens after launch.
A site or a workspace, an app, online sales, a bot, sync between systems, summaries, CRM, the cloud, an access review, and a review before anything is written. After launch we can stay on for ongoing support.
The next step
Write how the process works now. We will propose what to build first.
